Assegai
is a trading service of Michael Paterson and Associates Limited.
Tax
Value Added Tax is liable on all work undertaken by Assegai, including
print and delivery.
Liability
Assegai shall not be liable for layout and typographical errors in
materials which have been signed off by the client.
Delay
Assegai shall not be liable for print or delivery delays caused by
third parties.
Credit Terms
The first project undertaken by Assegai for a client requires payment
on delivery. Subsequent projects shall be charged at 30 days at the
discretion of Assegai.
Ownership
All intellectual property rights and materials remain the property
of Assegai until payment has been made in full. Assegai retains the
right to reproduce any client material for promotional purposes.
Illegal Matter
Assegai shall not be required to produce material, whether in print
or online, that it deems to be illegal or libellous.
Royalty Payments
The client is responsible for royalty payments on images which require
them. The client is required to make royalty payments for images
where appropriate, either directly to the copyright owner or via
Assegai.
Law
These conditions and all other express terms of the contract shall
be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
